As promised to all my students here is a summer workout routine that you can use at home, outdoors or in the gym over August to keep you in fighting shape. I've included you a timetable to show how to break it down over the month including an exercise sheet which explains how to do each exercise and how much of it to do. Each workout should take you roughly 30 minutes to complete. Just double it if you want to make it a 1 hour routine. Enjoy and i'll be looking forward to seeing who stuck to it in September!
