Please note that as of 2016 we will be making some changes to our Class Timetable. These changes are being put into place to help us to offer you a better service, by better distributing students and uniforming our times throughout the week. Please note the details for all classes below. This will be in effect from Tuesday 5th January 2016.
Mini Kids - This class is specifically designed for our youngest students who have either a White or Red Belt. It will focus on beginner syllabus and work as a stepping stone to the kids class.
Kids, Juniors and Adults - These classes will have the same structure as before but please note the earlier start times that are the same across the week.
Fit Club - An adult fitness class focused on improving students strength, cardiovascular endurance, power and physique.
Fight Club - An adult sparring class focused on improving students fighting ability in prep for competitive fighting.
Family Class - This is an open class for all students of all ages and is charged as a PAYG session (£7 per session). Covering all aspects of training.
1on1 Training - These sessions can be booked with any instructor at £20 for 45 minutes on whatever element of training you wish to improve.
